Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Rawalpindi. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing product information, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction. They will interact with customers through various channels such as phone, email, and chat, and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Proficiency in using customer service software and computer systems
